摘要
研究了石墨掺量对石膏石墨复合料浆的影响及对防电磁辐射纸面石膏板吸波性能的影响。结果表明,用水量随着石墨掺量提高而增加,但对石膏石墨复合料浆密度无显著影响;石墨掺量的增加会降低石膏的抗压和抗折强度,10%和15%掺量时石膏的抗折强度分别降低至2.7、1.8 MPa;而防电磁辐射纸面石膏板的吸波性能随石墨掺量增加而提高,吸波带宽由3 GHz提高到9.5GHz。综合考虑吸波性能、抗折和抗压强度等方面,选择8%石墨掺量比较适合工业生产。
This experiment studies the effect of graphite dosage on composite slurry and absorbing performance of anti-electro- magnetic radiation plasterboard. The result shows:the water consumption will increase with the dosage of graphite increasing, but no significant effect of the density of composite slurry^the compressive and bending strength will reduce with the dosage of graphite increasing, the flexural strength reduce to 2.7 MPa and 1.8 MPa with the dosage of 10% and 15%:the absorbing performance will improve with the dosage of graphite increasing, and the absorbing bandwidth increase from 3 GHz to 9.5 GHz. Considering the absorbing property,compressive and bending strength,the choice of 8% graphite content is more suitable for industrial production.
