摘要
介绍辽河石化公司10 kt/a硫磺回收装置首次更换使用LS-951T硫磺尾气加氢催化剂及配套独立的胺液再生系统情况。应用结果表明,加氢反应器在入口温度较低的情况下,LS-951T催化剂保持了良好的加氢活性和有机硫水解活性;胺液吸收效果改善明显,排空烟气中SO2浓度降至400 mg/m3以下,实现达标排放。
The first usage situation of LS- 951 T as the replacement of the hydrogenation catalyst for sulfur tail gas and the matching independent amine liquid regeneration system in 10 kt / a sulfur recovery unit of CNPC Liaohe Petrochemical Company was introduced. The application results showed that LS- 951 T catalyst kept good hydrogenation reaction activity and organic sulfur hydrolysis activity under condition of low inlet temperature of the hydrogenation reactor,amine liquid absorption effect was improved obviously and SO2 concentration in the venting flue gas was dropped to below 400 mg / m3. Discharge standard was achieved.
