摘要
门诊诊疗是医学人文关怀在临床践行的首个环节,在对医学人文关怀内涵界定的基础上,从门诊诊疗的特殊性以及现存问题探讨了医学人文关怀诉求,阐述了医学人文关怀的必要性,并结合理论与临床实践,从完善医患沟通、优化诊疗环境和流程、处理医患纠纷、培养医患共情等角度提出门诊诊疗中践行医学人文关怀的路径。
Outpatient service is the first clinical step of practicing medical humanistic concern. Base on the definition of medical humanistic concern, this paper discussed the demands of medical humanistic concern from the particularity and existing problems and expounded the necessity of medical humanistic concern. Combining the the- ory and clinical practice, it proposed the path of medical humanistic concern through improving the doctor - patient communication,improving the environment and process, resolving medical disputes and cultivating doctor - patient empathy, and so on.
