摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚和辛酰氯为原料,用酰氯法合成了三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚二辛酸酯,然后将其与低含氢硅油反应,制备了三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚二辛酸酯改性硅油,并对产物和中间体进行了分析与表征。红外光谱和核磁共振的表征证实了辛酸酯及其改性硅油的结构;热失重分析结果表明该辛酸酯改性硅油在170~350℃时性质较稳定。
The thrimethylol propane mono allyl ether dicaprylate( octoate for short) was synthesized with trimethylol propane mono allyl ether and caprylyl chloride as raw materials by acyl chloride method,the octoate modified silicone oil was prepared by the reaction between the obtained octoate and low hydrogen silicone oil,and both the octoate and its modified silicone oil were characterized. The results showed that the Fourier transform infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance analysises confirmed the molecular structure of octoate and its modified silicone oil,and the thermogravimetric analysis showed that the octoate modified silicone oil was stable in the range 170- 350 ℃.
