羧酸结构对碳酸锶晶体形貌的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别用1,2,4,5-苯四酸(1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid:H4btca)和2,2’-联苯二酸(2,2’-biphenyldicarboxylic acid:H_2bpdca)作为生长调节剂,以Na_2CO_3和Sr Cl_2·6H_2O为原料反应合成了Sr CO_3晶体;采用粉末X-衍射和FT-IR对合成的产物进行了表征,并用扫描电子显微镜研究了Sr CO_3粒子的形貌。研究发现,当用H2bpdca作为Sr CO_3的生长调节剂时,生成的粒子形状为针状或者枝状;而用H_4btca作为Sr CO_3的生长调节剂时,所合成的Sr CO_3粒子的形状为花状的,说明羧酸的结构对Sr CO_3晶体的形貌是有影响的。实验测定表明,采用不同生长调节剂时所得产物的比表面积也有较大差别。 Sr CO3 particles with different shapes were prepared by the reaction of Na2CO3 and Sr Cl2·6H2O using 2,2'-biphenyldicarboxylic acid( H2bpdca) and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid( H4btca) as adjusting reagents,respectively. The Sr CO3 particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction and FT-IR,and the shapes were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the shapes of Sr CO3 particles are needle-like or branch-like when H2 bpdca was used as adjusting reagent,and while the shape of Sr CO3 particles is flower-like when H4 btca was used as adjusting reagent. The results reveal that the structures of carboxylic acids have an influence up on the shape of Sr CO3 particles,and there exists large difference between the specific surface areas of Sr CO3 particles when H2 bpdca and H4 btca are used as adjusting reagents,respectively.
