摘要
超声波电机(USM)的运动控制策略及其实现技术是主要研究方向之一。从系统建模和运动控制方面阐述USM控制策略的发展现状和主要发展趋势。实验结果验证了自适应控制策略能够得到一个良好的控制性能,但在起始阶段的控制、在线计算复杂度等方面还有待进一步提高,可以探索更直接、更高效的方法。
The motion control strategy of ultrasonic motor (USM) and its implementation technique are one of the main directions of studying. From the aspect of system modeling and motion control, this paper expounded the development prospect and main development tendency of USM control strategy. The experimental result verifies that the self-adaptation control strategy could obtain a good control performance, but the beginning control and online complicated calculation etc aspects need improving further, to explore the more direct and efficient methods.
