摘要 随着新技术广泛应用在药物研制中,大量有活性难溶性药物被研究,其水溶性较差的问题又制约了此类药物的开发。目前纳米技术增加难溶性药物溶解度的研究日益增多,纳米技术分为纳米晶体药物(纳米混悬剂和纳米固体制剂)和纳米载体药物(脂质体、聚合物胶束、纳米粒等)。本文对纳米给药系统和纳米晶体的难溶性药物制剂研究中的最新进展进行了概述。 As drugs development was applied in new technology, a lot of activity of insoluble drugs had been emerged. But the problem of poor water-solubility restricted the development of these drugs. Currently, the study that nanotechnology increased the solubility of poorly soluble drugs was increasingly growing. Nanotechnology was divided into nanoerystal drugs (e. g. , nanosuspensions and nanosolid preparations) and nanocarrier drugs (e. g. , liposome, polymer micelle, nanoparticles). The latest advances, which nano-drug delivery systems and nanocrystals studied in insoluble drugs formulations, were summarized.
