微波消解-ICP-AES法测定饲料中的铅、铬和砷 被引量:8

摘要 采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)技术,建立了同时测定饲料中铅、铬、砷的含量的方法.对于所测定的元素,校正曲线的相关系数达0.999以上,回收率范围为98.6%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为0.92%~3.01%。饲料中铅、铬、砷可用微波消解-ICP-AES法同时测定,方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,适于行业对饲料的日常检验。 The method for determination of Pb, Cr and As in feeds by microwave digestion coupled with ICP-AES detection has been established. The correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.999, the recovery factor was between 98.6 %~107.0 % and the relative standard was over the range of 0.92 %~3.01 % for all three analyzed elements. The lead, chrome, arsenic in feeds can be simultaneously determined by microwave digestion coupled with ICP-AES. The as established method is suitable for the daily inspection of feeds.
