摘要
以吉林省四平市种子园内58个长白落叶松半同胞家系及2个对照为材料,对10年生树高、胸径和材积进行调查,计算不同家系间的遗传变异参数。结果表明:不同区组间、不同家系间树高、胸径和材积差异均达到极显著差异水平。其中树高最高的家系是L挑,达到5.40 m,最低的家系是L56,为3.71 m;胸径最大的家系为家系L64和L13,均达到6.60 cm,最小的家系是L56,为3.05 am;材积最高的家系是k,达0.012 m2,最低的家系是L50,为0.003 113m。树高、胸径、材积变异系数分别达到18.46%、32.73%和61.57%,单株遗传力为0.103~0.192,属于中等遗传力。其中家系k、L64、L13、L78、L30和L14平均树高、胸径和材积遗传增益分别为8.76%、16.04%和30.08%,分别比对照LS高4.80%、8.42%和11.11%,分别比对照LS高38.22%、77.70%和213.99%,可作为早期优良家系的选择对象。
With the offspring of 58 half-sib Larix olgeris families and 2 controls at 10 years old in Siping Jilin Prov-ince as materials, tree height(H), diameter at breast height (DBH) and volume(V) were investigated and analyzed.Genetic variation parameters among different families were calculated. The results showed that there existed extremelysignificant difference in all the variance sources among different families in H, DBH and V (P 〈 0. 01 ). Thereinto, L4sshowed the highest H (5. 40 m) and L56 showed the lowest H(3. 71 m). The largest DBH of families were L64 and L3,which were up to 6. 60 em for all, the smallest DBH of families was L (3. 05 era). The largest V was L64, whose valuewas 0. 012 m3, and the smallest V was L6s ,whose value was 0. 003 m3. The variation coefficients of H, DBH and V were18. 46%, 32. 73% and 61.57% respectively. The individual heritability ranged from 0. 103 to 0. 192, which was at medi-um level. The genetic gains of H, DBH and V of the selected families (L64, L13, L78, L4s, L30 and L14) were 8. 76 %,16. 04 % and 30. 08 %, respectively, which were higher than the control LU(4. 80%, 8. 42% and 11.11% ) and thecontrol LS (38. 22%, 77. 70% and 213. 99% ), all these could be used as a selection object of excellent family.
