摘要
目的:观察苗药五藤膏联合红外线治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组予苗药五藤膏外敷联合红外线照射治疗,对照组予美洛昔康片口服,治疗2周后,观察2组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、膝骨关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)评分。结果:治疗组临床控制31例,显效4例,进步2例,无效3例,总有效率为92.50%;对照组临床控制21例,显效4例,进步4例,无效11例,总有效率为72.50%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分及ISOA评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:五藤膏外敷联合红外线治疗膝骨关节炎疗效满意,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Miao medicine Wuteng Gao ( 五藤膏) combined with infrared ray in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups:a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Miao medicine Wuteng Gao combined with infrared ray, while the patients in the control group were orally given meloxicam tablets.After 2-week treatment,the clinical efficacy,the VAS scores and the ISOA scores of the two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,the pathogenetic condition of 31 cases were clinically controlled,4 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were improved,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency being 92.50%;while in the control group,the pathogenetic condition of 21 cases were clinically controlled,4 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were improved,and 11 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency being 72.50%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ) .After treatment,VAS scores and ISOA scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P 〈 0.01 ) and the treatment group was better than the control group (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion:Wuteng Gao combined with infrared ray in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is satisfying and worthy of popularization and application.
