摘要
"文化共享"理念是《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》中"共享发展"理念的有机组成部分。这一理念具有深刻的马克思主义理论基础,体现了经济与文化辩证关系的理论前提、社会主义优越性的理论本质与实现人的自由全面发展的理想目标。实现"文化共享",既要准确把握其内在的逻辑要求,又要深刻认识"文化共享"理念的内在逻辑本质,更要切实关照人民群众这一逻辑主体,以经济发展、文化繁荣、完善机制增强文化共享能力、提升文化共享意愿、保障文化共享条件,在全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段推动理念在实践中"落地"。
＂Cultural Sharing＂is an organic component of the ＂Sharing Development ＂idea which appears to be a hot topic in ＂the 13 th Five Year Plan＂. The idea of ＂Cultural Sharing＂is constructed on solid Marxism theoretical basis,and can be concretely presented with the theoretical premise of the dialectical relationship between economy and culture,theoretical nature of socialist superiority,and the ideal goal of the achieving people ＇s free and comprehensive development.＂Cultural Sharing＂evolves along with Chinese socialist practice,and gained creative development from the aspects of thoughts and theories,policies and systems,developments and practices,thus pushes forward the practical appliance of Marxism ＂Cultural Sharing＂. To achieve ＂Cultural Sharing＂,accurate understanding the logical requirements of ＂Cultural Sharing＂idea,profoundly recognizing the innate logical nature of the idea,putting feasible emphasis on the masses who act as the logical subjects are needed. At the same time,we should depend on economical development,cultural prosperity and system perfection,to intensify the cultural sharing ability,improve the willingness of cultural sharing,and guarantee cultural sharing conditions. All of these are necessary paths in the practical development of the ＂Cultural Sharing＂idea during the decisive stage of the construction of a comprehensive well-off society.
