摘要
为了研究预裂缝参数预裂爆破减震效果的影响,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对不同深度、不同长度预裂缝的预裂爆破进行数值模拟,分析减震率随预裂缝深度、长度变化的规律,得出:预裂缝的深度和长度达到一定值后,继续增加预裂缝的深度和长度对减震效果的提升并不明显,预裂缝深取0.75~1.5倍炮孔深度、预裂半长(预裂缝超出爆破界限)取0.75~1.13倍炮孔深度时其减震效果明显且经济上合理。
The numerical simulations of bench blasting at dif- ferent depths and lengths of pre-splitting cracks were carried out using ANSYS/LS-DYNA to analyze the impact of presplitting crack parameters on vibration reduction effect. Through the anal- ysis, it was found that after the depth and length of presplitting crack reached specific values, the improvement of the vibration reduction effect would not be obvious. When the depth of pres- plitting crack was 0.75-1.5 times of borehole depth and half of the presplitting crack length (length beyond blasting range) was 0. 75-1.13 time of borehole depth, the vibration-reduction effect would be notable and economical,
