血管紧张素转换酶2-血管紧张素(1~7)/Mas轴与离子泵的关系 被引量:1

摘要 血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)-血管紧张素(angiotensin,Ang)(1~7)是目前公认的肾素-血管紧张素系统renin—angiotensin system,RAS)中具有生物活性的部件之一。Ang(1~7)在RAS中发挥着重要的作用,而ACE的同族体ACE2也为Ang(1~7)的合成提供了代谢途径,这种酶可以将Ang2转换成Ang(1-7),而G蛋白耦合受体Mas又为Ang(1~7)提供了功能性亲和位点。ACE2-Ang(1—7)-Mas轴属于RAS系统中的一个内生性正向调节通路.其对心血管及肾脏疾病中的离子泵的影响受到了广泛的关注。本文就ACE2-Ang(1~7)-Mas轴在心血管及肾脏疾病中离子泵的作用及其作用机制作一简要的综述。
