摘要
故障的检测和诊断是光伏三电平逆变器故障诊断的两个重要环节,为了给今后光伏三电平逆变器的故障诊断提供有效的技术参考,建立了光伏三电平逆变器的故障模型,介绍了近年来光伏三电平逆变器故障诊断领域中常见的5种故障特征提取技术和6种故障诊断技术,主要阐述了各种特征提取方法和诊断方法的基本思想、研究进展,并总结了上述方法的优势,存在的问题和它们的适用范围。最后分别探讨了光伏三电平逆变器故障特征提取技术和故障诊断技术今后在方法改进、方法融合以及方法创新3个研究方向上的工作重点。
Fault detection and diagnosis are two important stages for three-level inverter of photovoltaic fault diagnosis. In order to provide effective technical reference for the fault diagnosis of three-level inverter of photovoltaic in the future. This article built a fault model of three-level inverter of photovoltaic,introduced 5 kinds of common technologies about fault feature extraction and 6 kinds of common technologies about fault diagnosis in the field of fault diagnosis of three-level inverter of photovoltaic in recent years. This article mainly expounded the basic ideas and research progress of all kinds of methods in fault feature extraction and fault diagnosis above. It summarized the advantages,the existing problems and the scope of application of various feature extraction methods and the diagnostic methods above. Finally,this article discusses the focus of method improvement,method fusion and method innovation respectively which are the research direction of fault detection and diagnosis technology for three-level inverter of photovoltaic in the future.
