摘要
汽车的噪声和振动主要是由于传动轴动平衡引起的。通过分析影响传动轴动平衡精度的因素发现,降低传动轴质量、采用等速万向节及应用轻重点匹配的3种安装方法可以提升传动轴的动平衡精度。对按3种安装方法优化后的传动轴进行装车测试,发现与优化前相比发动机转速在3 500 r/min时,驾驶室内噪声降低约26 d B(A),而且转速在2 500~5 000 r/min范围内,对车内噪声有较为明显的改善。说明提升传动轴动平衡精度对降低传动系统1阶能量和抑制驾驶室内噪声有较为明显的作用。
The dynamic balance of propeller shaft can create the noise and vibration. By analyzing the factors affected the accuracy of propeller shaft dynamic balance, it was found that reducing the weight of the shaft, adopting the patterned constant speed universal joint and light-heavy point matching three installation methods can improve the dynamic balance accuracy.After completing the propeller shaft load test using three installation methods mentioned above, it was found that the interior noise of the cab reduced 26 d B in the engine speed of 3 500 r/min compared with original, especially within the range of 2 500 to 5 000 r/min, the interior noise was greatly reduced. It shows that improving the balance accuracy of the propeller shaft will have a significant influence on decreasing the first order energy and reducing the interior noise.
