摘要
目的观察苦参碱注射液联合化疗对急性髓系白血病中miR-125b表达的影响。方法选择2013年3月至2015年2月本院收治的76例急性髓系白血病患者,依据随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组患者采取红霉素+阿糖胞苷化疗方案进行治疗,试验组患者在此基础上联合使用苦参碱注射液20 m L,所有患者的疗程均为2周。比较2组患者治疗前后Karnofsky评分、miR-125的表达水平变化,观察2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组患者的总有效率(86.84%)比对照组(60.53%)明显增高(P<0.05)。试验组患者的Karnofsky评分(83.23±14.35)也明显高于对照组(77.22±11.31)(P<0.05)。试验组患者的miR-125b表达(5.02±0.75)明显低于对照组(11.42±1.44)(P<0.05)。试验组患者出现的Ⅲ-Ⅳ白细胞降低率(2.63%)、红细胞降低率(2.63%)、血小板减少率(0)、肝功能损伤率(2.63%)、口腔黏膜炎及胃肠道严重不良反应率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参碱注射液联合化疗能降低miR-125b在急性髓系白血病患者中的表达。
Objective To study the effect of Matrine injection combined with chemotherapy on the miR- 125b expression in acute myeloid leuke- mia. Methods During March 2013 to February 2015, 76 patients with acute myeloid leukemia from our hospital were involved and then it divi- ded into trial group ( n = 38) and control group ( n = 38) according to a random number table. Patients in control group were received erythromy- cin ± cytarabine chemotherapy treatment, Patients in trial group were given Matrine 20 mL on this basis of control group. All patients were taken two treatment courses(2 weeks). Karnofsky score, the expression levels of miR - 125 of patients before and after treatment were compared between two groups. The clinical efficacy o~': the two groups and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, total efficiency (86. 84%) of the trial group was higher than that of control group (60. 53% ) , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Karnofsky score of patients in the trial group (831 23 ± 14.35 ) points was significantly higher than that of control group (77.22 ± 11.31 ) points, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . MiR - 125b expression of patients in the trial group (5.02 ± 0. 75 ) was significantly lower than that of control group ( 11.42 ± 1.44), with a statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The drugs adverse reactions of leukocyte re- duced rate (2.63 % ), erythrocyte lower rate (2.63 % ), hepatic dysfunction rate (2.63 % ), oral mucositis, gastroin- testinal of patients in trial group were significantly lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically sig- nificant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Matrine injection combined with chemotherapy can significantly reduce the miR- 125b expression in patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
