摘要
综述了近年来水性环氧树脂(WEP)防腐涂料、水性聚氨酯(WPU)防腐涂料和水性丙烯酸酯防腐涂料等新型水性防腐涂料的研究进展。介绍了树脂、聚苯胺(PANI)以及纳米粒子等对水性防腐涂料的改性方法,改性剂通过增强涂层的交联密度,减少腐蚀性离子的渗入,提供屏障保护,从而提高涂层防腐性,其中纳米粒子的改性和多种树脂的复合改性还可以提高涂层的机械性能、热稳定性、耐水性等综合性能;总结了水性防腐涂料目前存在的问题,展望了水性防腐涂料的发展方向。
The research progresses of novel waterborne anticorrosive coatings in recent years, including waterborne epoxy resin (WEP) anticorrosive coatings, waterborne polyurethane(WPU) anticorrosive coatings and waterborne acrylic anticorrosive coatings were reviewed. Several materials including resins, PANI and nanoparticles, etc. modifying water- borne anticorrosive coatings were introduced. Specifically, these modifiers enhanced the corro- sion resistance of coatings through strengthening the crosslinking density of coatings, reducing corrosive ions penetration and providing barrier protection. The modification by nanoparticles or resins can also improve the comprehensive performance of coatings, such as mechanical properties, thermal stability and water resistance, etc. The existing problems of waterborne an- ticorrosive coatings were summarized, and the development trend was prospected.
