摘要
采用1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)对棉织物进行抗皱整理。研究了低温长时间焙烘和高温短时间焙烘条件下整理剂质量浓度,以及整理液p H值对织物抗皱性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明,优化工艺为:BTCA 100 g/L,SHP 0.9 mol/L,pH值3.0,160℃焙烘150 s。整理织物的抗皱性能明显提高,机械性能和手感较好。
Anti-crease finish of cotton fabric is carried out with 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA). The effect of BTCA concentration under different curing conditions and pH values on anti-crease proper- ties and mechanical properties of finished fabrics are studied. The results show that, the optimal pro- cess is BTCA 100 g/L, SHP 0.9 mol/L, pH value 3.0, curing at 160 ℃ for 150 s. The finished fabric fea- tures increased anti-crease property, high mechanical property and soft handle.
