摘要
通过文献分析和现实背景分析,确定了对教师团队合作行为具有重要影响的因素。然后基于有限理性的假设,运用演化博弈理论,将若干重要影响因素引入演化博弈模型中,对模型进行数学推导用以考察该合作博弈的演化过程中影响教师合作行为稳定性的条件因素,为教学团队的组建与运作提供建议。
This paper starts with the literature review and analysis of the practical background, then the influence factors of teachers' team cooperative behavior are decided. On the basis of hypothesis of bounded rationality and using evolutionary game theory, it constructs an evolutionary game model of the teachers' team cooperative behavior, and analyzes the conditional factors which influence the stability of teachers' cooperative behavior. Finally, it provides recommendations for the formation and operation of the teachers' team.
