摘要
采用环氧树脂、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等制备了环氧-苯丙接枝共聚物,并以磷酸酯PAM200和聚丙二醇对其进行双重改性,得到稳定的水性改性环氧乳液。考察了改性剂用量及配比对乳液黏度和涂膜吸水率的影响。通过红外光谱和热重分析表征了改性前后的产物,并测试了它们的性能。结果表明,当2种改性剂总用量为环氧树脂质量的8%,两者质量比为1∶1时,所得乳液的稳定性最好,其涂膜的耐水性、柔韧性、附着力、耐酸性等性能得到改善。虽然热稳定性提高不明显,但阻燃性增强。
An epoxy-styrene-acrylic graft copolymer was synthesized from epoxy resin, methacrylic acid, n-butyl acrylate, and styrene, and then modified with organic phosphate PAM200 and polypropylene glycol (PPG) to form a stable waterborne modified epoxy emulsion. The effects of total dosage and proportions of modifiers on emulsion viscosity and its cured film's water absorption were discussed. The products before and after modification were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry, and their performances were tested. The results showed that the emulsion prepared with PAM200 and polypropylene glycol at a mass ratio of 1 : 1 and a total amount of 8wt% of epoxy resin has the best stability. The cured film obtained therefrom has improved water resistance, flexibility, adhesion strength, and acid resistance, as well as enhanced flame retardance, though its thermal stability is slightly increased.
