摘要
本文以软件接包方为研究对象,以实证研究的方式从接发包方之间的信任、承诺和沟通三个方面探讨了软件接发包方之间的伙伴关系质量对接包绩效的影响,并验证了知识转移在这一过程中的中介作用。实证结果表明:外包伙伴关系质量对接包绩效存在显著的正向影响,而知识转移在这一过程中发挥着中介作用。最后,对软件接包方有效提升接包绩效提出了相关对策和建议,为我国接包方改进自身接包绩效尤其是知识创新方面的绩效提供了一定的理论参考。
Taking software outsourcing vendors as the research object, this paper discusses the effect of partnership quality between vendors and clients on undertaking performance of vendors, and verifies that knowledge transfer is the mediator variable here. This paper suggests that partnership quality has a positive effect on undertaking performance and the meditation of knowledge transfer is significant. Therefore vendors should focus on the establishment and maintenance of partnership quality, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
