摘要
针对引入自适应插补算法而使机床在进给过程中产生的进给速度突变、进给加速度超出机床最大允许值的问题进行了研究,提出了一种利用回溯和重插补的前瞻方法。当进入曲率敏感区域时,向前追溯已插补点,找到一个符合进给速度校验的点;从该点进行重新插补,将所得的插补速度代替之前自适应存储的速度,达到自行调整进给速度的目的,使得插补加速度在机床的允许范围内变化,保证机床平稳运行。仿真和实验结果验证了所提算法的有效性和实时性。
Due to introducing an adaptive interpolation algorithm,which will result in feed speed mutation and feed accelera- tion excess of the maximum allowable values of machine tool, this paper presented a forward-looking method by using back- tracking and re-interpolation. When checking the sensitive curvature area, the algorithm first traced forward the interpolation- finished points and found an appropriate speed specification one among them, started re-interpolation in the position of the found point. Utilizing the interpolated speed instead of the adaptive speed temporary saved in RAM, the algorithm was capable of adjusting the feed speed automatically and made sure of the interpolation speed and acceleration variety in a permitted range. The comparative simulation tests demonstrate the effectiveness and the real-time performance of the proposed algorithm.
