摘要
以松籽为原料,研究微波辅助提取松籽油的最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选取微波功率、提取时间以及料液比为影响因素,以松籽油提取率为响应值,采用回归旋转设计建立数学模型,进行响应面分析;并采用GC—MS对松籽油脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明,最佳工艺为松籽经粉碎过40目筛,无水乙醇和石油醚(60~90℃)体积比1:2,在微波功率480W、提取时间19min、液料比10:1条件下,松籽油得率可达57.79%。松籽油中的脂肪酸组成以不饱和脂肪酸为主,其中亚油酸和油酸含量分别达到43.90%和22.03%。微波辅助提取松籽油是一种有效的油脂提取方法。
With using pine seed as raw materials, research optimal technological condition of microwave - assisted extraction pine seed oil. On the basis of single - factor test, select microwave power, extraction time and material - water ratio as influence factors and take pine seed oil extraction efficiency as response value and the extraction rate of oil is chosen as response value, establishing mathematical model by regression -rotate design and response surface analysis is done ; and the fatty acid composition of pine seed is analyzed by GC - MS. The results show that the optimum technology is particle size of material 40 screen mesh, the volume ratio of anhydrous ethanol to petroleum ether (60 - 90℃) 1 : 2, microwave power of 480 W, extraction time of 19 min, solvent/material ratio of 10: 1. The extraction rate of Pine seed oil was up to 57.79%. The oil obtained under these conditions is abundant in unsaturated fatty acids, in which the contents of linoleic acid and oleic acid respectively are 43.90% and 22.03%. The microwave - assisted extraction pine seed oil is an efficient oil extraction method.
