摘要
在传统安全评价中,由于安全系统的灰色性、评价环境的复杂性以及评价者知识储备的有限性,导致安全评价方法对尾矿库安全性难以做出全面准确的有效评价。为了更好地对尾矿库的安全状况进行综合评价,将模糊数学与集对分析引入到聚类分析和安全评价过程中,建立了基于SPA模糊聚类的综合评价方法,削弱了评价过程中的主观性,利用了灰色信息,结合工程实例证明该方法在尾矿库安全评价中的有效性,为尾矿库安全科学评价提供了一种新途径。
It is difficult for using traditional methods to make an overall and accurate kind of evaluations for the safety of tailings reservoir due to uncertainties of safety systems,the complexity of evaluation environment and the limitation of knowledge reserve of valuators in the safety evaluation of tailings reservoir. The paper built an evaluation method with fuzzy clustering and SPA analysis combined by introducing fuzzy mathematics to get better in the comprehensive evaluation for safety situation of tailings reservoir,not only weakening the subjectivity of valuators but also better using the grey information,then proved the effectiveness in the safety evaluation of tailings reservoir by examples,also provided a new way for the safe and scientific evaluation in tailings reservoir.
