摘要
将木粒放在营养液中浸泡后接种,做成木耳木粒菌种。采用正交法设计9组试验,通过菌丝生长速度确定营养液的最佳配方。结果表明,营养液的最佳配方为土豆15.0%,葡萄糖3.0%,尿素0.9%,石灰0.9%;固定辅料K_2HPO_4,KH_2PO_4,MgSO_4和普钙各0.3%。用该种方法制备的木耳木粒菌种菌丝生长快、分散性好、污染率低。
In the study,the wood granular has been dipped in the nutrient solution for hours,and the wood granular spawn is been made. 9 tests of the nutrient solution are been designed by the orthogonal method to find the best cultivate formula of Auricularia auricula. The results show that the best formula of the nutrient solution is as follow： 15.0% potatoes, 3.0% glucose,0.9% urea,0.9% lime,fixed ingredients 0.3% K2HPO4,0.3% KH2PO4,0.3% MgSO4 and 0.3% superphosphate.The hypha of the wood granular spawn grew fast. Dispersibility of the wood granular spawn is good and pollution rate is very low.
