创业活动日益成为经济发展的引擎和重要推动力。唐山在优化大学生创业环境、开拓就业路径中做出了大量实实在在的工作,成绩突出、成效明显,但仍存在一些问题,需要进一步制定鼓励大学生创业的政策和措施。
