摘要
【目的】研究桑树叶片SPAD值及其与养蚕成绩的相关性,为桑树优良品种筛选育提供参考。【方法】应用SPAD502叶绿素测定仪对2个桑园的26个桑品种(杂交组合)叶片的SPAD值进行测定,并对其进行养蚕叶质鉴定。【结果】在20个桑品种(杂交组合)中,大部分材料的最大叶片近尖区的SPAD值较高,其次为中央区。在6个桑品种(杂交组合)中,第13叶或第14叶的SPAD值相对较高,为43.61--49.3,与其他部分叶位的差异达显著水平(P〈O.05,下同);而第3叶的SPAD值显著低于大部分叶位,为27.5~35.5;桂桑优12第3—14nf的平均值最高,为41.0;自第3到第14叶位,SPAD值总体上呈递增趋势。在20个桑品种(杂交组合)中,以M1×桂诱93554、桂诱94200x桂诱P58、M1×桂诱9104的桑叶SPAD值及其养蚕效果较好,以M1×桂诱9104的全茧量、茧层量、万蚕产茧层量、5龄日产茧层量最高,分别比对照品种沙2×伦109增产6.5%、5.5%、5.7%和6.9%;其次为M1×桂诱93554。相关分析结果表明,桑叶SPAD值与桑叶养蚕的茧层量、茧层率、万蚕茧层量、5龄日产茧层量之间呈显著或极显著(P〈0.01)正相关。【结论】SPAD值可作为桑树叶质评价和良种选育的参考指标。
[ Objective ]The SPAD values of mulberry leaves and their correlation with different indices of rearing silk- worm, in order to provide references for breeding mulberry improved varieties. [Method]The SPAD values of different leaves or leaf surface areas for 26 mulberry varieties (hybridized combinations) collected from two mulberry plantations were determined with Chlorophyll-meter SPAD-502 at different stages, respectively. The leaves of 20 mulberry varieties (hybridized combinations) were used for rearing silkworm to evaluate their qualities. [Result]Among 20 mulberry varieties or combinations, the nearing top area of max leaf for most of them presented higher SPAD value, followed by central area. Among 6 mulberry varieties or combinations, the 13th or 14th leaf was found to has higher SPAD value(43.6-49.3), which was significantly higher than most of other leaf orders (P〈0.05) ; the SPAD value (27.5-35.5) of the 3rd leaf was signifi- candy lower than most of leaf orders. Guisangyou 12 was found to has the highest SPAD value(41.0). The SPAD value from the 3rd to 14th leaf showed an increasing trend. As to 20 mulberry varieties or combinations, three combinations viz., MlxGuiyou 93554, Guiyou 94200xGuiyou P58 and MlxGuiyou 9104 were found to have better silkworm rearing effects being higher SPAD value. The highest cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, cocoon shell yield per 10000 larvae, and cocoon shell yield per day in 5~ instar were found in MlxGuiyou 9104, which were 6.5%, 5.5%, 5.7% and 6.9% higher than those of the control Sha 2xLun 109, followed by MlxGuiyou 93554. The correlation analysis results showed that, the SPAD value of mulberry leaf was significantly positively correlated with cocoon shell weight, cocoon shell rate, cocoon shell yield per 10000 larvae, and cocoon shell yield per day in 5th instar(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). [Conclusion]The SPAD value could be used as reference index for evaluating mulberry leaf quality and breeding improved varieties.
