完全腹腔镜近端胃切除双通路消化道重建术 被引量：15

摘要 根据日本胃癌协会治疗指南，近端胃切除是适用于胃上部早期胃癌的一种标准手术方式。随着微创技术及腔镜器械的发展，腹腔镜胃癌手术也已成为早期胃癌的合理选择之一。在此趋势下，完全腹腔镜下近端胃切除及双通路消化道重建术体现了微创手术与功能保留手术的结合，国内尚未见此类术式的相关报道。我中心近期完成1例完全腹腔镜下近端胃切除、双通路消化道重建术,报道如下。
