摘要
目的利用模糊层次法对街道设施物材料亲环境性能进行评价,能有效避免传统评价方法的主观性和随意性的缺点,其评价结果也较为客观。方法以广州街道公共设施物为例,先构建街道公共设施物亲环境材料评价指标体系,然后利用1~9的比例标度法量化各种评价的权重,最后通过模糊层次法对各种评价指标进行定量计算,以最大隶属度为原则确定亲环境材料。结论该方法可对公共设施物材料的亲环境的各项因素进行定量计算,并对亲环境材料的选择进行全面、客观的评价,模糊综合评价在公共设施物材料亲环境优选中提供了量化的决策依据。
Using the method of fuzzy hierarchy of street furniture material close to evaluate environmental performance can effectively avoid the shortcoming of traditional evaluation methods of subjective and arbitrary.The evaluation result is objective.Taking street public implementation content in Guangzhou as an example,the first building materials of street public facilities close environment evaluation index system,and the proportion of 1~9 scaling method is used to quantify the weight of various evaluation,finally by means of fuzzy hierarchy of evaluation index to carry on the quantitative calculation,based on principles of maximum membership degree to determine the environmental materials.Methods can make the quantitative calculation for all kinds of factors of pro environment of public facility materials,and the choices of pro environment materials are comprehensively and objectively evaluated.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in public facilities material environment optimization provides quantitative decision-making basis.
