摘要
近年来,融资租赁在国内成长迅速,但其进一步的发展与完善却受到了风险问题的制约。从融资租赁承租人的角度出发,构建了一套风险评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法解决了评价指标中相对重要性权重的问题,从而试图对融资租赁承租人的风险状况作出较科学、合理的评价,以期提高融资租赁企业对其承租人的风险应对能力。
The recent years witnessed a rapid growth of financial leasing in China, but its further development has been restricted by the issue of risk. This paper, from the perspective of lessees, established an index system for risk evaluation, and settled the problem about weight value by AHP so as to make a scientific and well-informed evaluation of possible risks undertaken by lessees and improve risk management capability of financial leasing company.
