分析新形势下加快发展"三品一标"基地建设的重要性,并从进一步加快认证步伐、加强市场培育、壮大农业龙头、资金多元投入等方面提出稳步推进"三品一标"基地建设的对策措施。
The importance of accelerating the Agricultural base construction of ＂three products and one indication＂ （ pollu- tion-free agricultural products, green food, organic food, agricultural GIs） under new situation was analyzed, and the coun- termeasures for steadily speeding up agricultural base construction of ＂three products and one indication＂ were put forward from the aspects of further accelerating the pace of certification, strengthening market development, expanding agricultural leading enterprise, and diversifying capital investments.
