摘要 介绍了精油抑菌活性成分,并从DNA损伤、影响能量代谢及还原酶系、影响脂质层稳定、破坏细胞壁及细胞膜的完整性等方面归纳了精油抗菌抑菌机理,并展望了精油抗菌机理今后的研究方向。 The antibacterial active ingredients of essential oil was introduced,and antibacterial mechanism was summarized from aspects of DNA damage,influencing energy metabolism and reductase system,lipid layer stability,destruction of cell wall and cell membrane integrity,the future research direction of antibacterial mechanism of essential oil was forecasted.
