摘要
带式输送机运行过程中搭接处易于出现煤炭抛落而产生的冲击力对皮带及托辊造成的破坏问题。为此,该文首先介绍了带式输送机的搭接及其对托辊的危害并分析了其原因,提出了改进设计原理,进行了强度校核,确定了合理的载荷,应用效果显著。
