摘要
早稻为温州重要的粮食作物，越来越受到政府部门的重视。然而，近年来其生产状况却持续下降。为此，本研究对1996～2014年温州早稻播种面积、单产、生产主体、人员结构、用途、品种、栽培技术、效益等因素进行分析，找到了制约温州早稻生产的问题，并提出稳定和发展温州早稻生产的相应对策，希望为政府部门决策提供参考意见。
Early rice is the important crop, and it has attracted more and more attention from the government. However, the production of early rice has been decreasing in recent years. Thus, the factors, such as sow areas, area yields, working subjects, personnel structures, uses, varieties, cultivation techniques and benefits of early rice, have been analyzed in this thesis. The problems that limit the early rice production in Wenzhou have been found. And also, the corresponding strategies of stabilizing and developing early rice production in Wenzhou have been mapped out, which may provide reference for government decision-making.
