摘要
通过设计计算得出送风道的送风速度和环境室的气流分布,并与实验进行对比。实验结果表明,4个送风口的风量分配比较均匀,与均匀送风道设计风速和环境室气流组织计算风速3.57m/s相吻合;采用均匀送风道送风和单风口回风的方式,能够实现较好的气流组织和温度场,室内空气温度波动基本在1℃以下,但是在低温工况下上部空气波动幅度较大;相对湿度随环境室温度工况的升高,先升高后降低,在12℃工况下出现最大值。
This paper drawn air velocity of air channel and air distribution of environmental chamber through the design and calculation . And by experimental verification design was reasonable. The results showed that air distribution of the four outlet are relatively uniform . And uniform air flow channel designed wind speed and ambient room air distribution calculated wind speed 3. 57m / s coincide. The way of uniform air channels supplying air and single outlet returning air can achieve better air distribution and temperature field. The fluctuations of indoor air temperature is substantially 1 ℃ or less. The upper air temperature in the low temperature conditions is greater volatility. Relative humidity increases with ambient room temperature conditions, reduces after the first increase,and a maximum value at 12 ℃ conditions.
