摘要
实施加固处理后的混凝土桥梁,结构受力状态发生了较大地改变,往往需要通过结构分析对加固桥梁的可靠性及桥梁的承载力重新做出评估。以一座跨径20m普通钢筋混凝土简支梁桥粘钢加固结构为研究对象,针对混凝土主梁与铺装层不同的结合形式进行了结构有限元模拟计算和实桥结构静载试验;通过对比分析计算结果与试验结果,指出了混凝土铺装层是桥梁结构承力构件的一部分,从而提出了加固桥梁结构计算模型中混凝土主梁与铺装层合理的结合形式,为同类桥梁的加固设计和荷载试验承载力评估提供了理论依据。
Carrying out bridge mechanical analysis can be of great importance in evaluating the bearing capacity of structure, especially for the reinforced concrete bridge since its stress states has changed. In this article a reinforced concrete bridge with T-type section and simply-supported beam of span 20 m is taken as study objective, discussion is made on the connection form of its concrete bridge deck pavement and concrete main girders by using finite element methods (FEM for short) and structure static load tests are conducted. By comparison with the experimental results, it is proposed that when the bridge deck pavement served as bearing components, the FEM computational results are more reliable. The results show that: for the reinforced concrete bridge, the concrete bridge deck pavement should be regarded as bearing components together with the concrete girders. In other words, the concrete pavement and main girders should be combined as a unit in the computing model. Moreover,the bridge concrete pavement can effectively improve the capacity of the structure. Accordingly a relatively reasonable method of modeling concrete bridge deck pavement with concrete girders is put forward, which provides theoretical basis of analyzing the structural behavior of the reinforced concrete bridges.
