水产品质量安全检测体系的问题与对策探究 被引量:4

摘要 本文通过分析我国水产品安全检测体系的现状,分别从水产品质量检测体系不完善,手段乏力;质检人员技术水平和整体素质尚需提高;检测能力弱,新技术产品检测缺乏;三个方面着重分析水产品检测体系中所存在的问题,并对今后水产品安全检测提出建议:积极开展宣传,加强水产标准推广与实施;硬件与软件相结合,提高质检人员的综合素质;加快水产品检测技术研发,缩小与国外发达国家检测技术水平的差距;完善相关法规、标准体系为水产品质量安全监管提供法律支撑。
