摘要
重点介绍对仲氢发生器进行的改进研究,改进后的仲氢发生器,气路配有灵敏可靠的稳流阀,流速稳定性可达1%(10 min),管路采用长3 m的Φ3内抛光不锈钢管盘绕成螺旋状,将预冷盘管及转化柱固定焊接在直径40mm侧面有两排小孔的不锈钢套管内,起到牢固、减震、美观的作用,保证浸泡液氮时传热均匀,测温装置波动范围在0.2℃,经大量实验证明,该装置稳定可靠,可满足仲氢含量测量要求。
In this paper, improved research of parahydrogen generator. In the device, the gas piping had sensitive valve. The stability of gas speed was 1%. The material of gas piping was stainless steel. The length of gas piping was 3m. The shape of gas piping was twist. In a big stainless steel piping, the cooling piping and converting pillar were got together. The diameter of big piping was 40mm. The functions were substance, damping and handsome. When the device was put into liquid nitrogen, the diathermancy was good, the bound was 0.2℃. The result showed that, the stability of device was good, which could settle for the demand of parahydrogen content measuring.
