摘要
随着模具钢市场竞争的加剧,厚规格合金模具钢探伤不合问题用户反映非常强烈。为了解决这一难题,通过取样分析、对比试验、工艺优化等方法,并借助低倍、金相、电镜观察和能谱分析等检验手段,系统地分析了影响厚规格模具钢探伤不合格的主要因素。并针对炼钢、轧制等关键工序的工艺能力,制定了相应的改进措施。措施实施后,轧制厚度200~300 mm B-P系列合金模具钢探伤合格率由63.13%提升到92.00%以上,且连续稳定运行。
The alloy die steel quality of ultrasonic testing( UST) defect is complained strongly by customers with the fierce market competition. The key reasons of UST defect are analyzed by samples analysis, contrast-tests and process optimization, and with the help of macroscopic,metallographic and electron microscopic observation and energy spectrum analysis. Based on the analysis results,effective improvement measures have been established in the key production process of blooming and steelmaking. After implementation of these measures,the ultrasonic testing pass rate of B-P series alloy die steel( thick 200- 300 mm) is raised from 63. 13% to over 92. 00% and it remains stable.
