摘要
文章分别从清创的概念、意义和目的、时机和方式等方面进行了综述,提出了根据患者的全身情况、局部的血液供应、影响创面的愈合因素等,分阶段使用联合清创,才可能更安全有效,减少操作风险和并发症。
Ihe concept, meaning and purpose, timing and mode of debridement, and so on, were summarized in this article. The author thinks that it will be safer and more effective to reduce operating risk and complications when debridement is administered by combined methods during different periods, according to the patient＇s general condition, local blood supply, the factors affecting the healing of wounds and other factors.
