摘要
以国务院及教育部推行校企合作协同育人的教育理念为指引,以广州医科大学与广州金域医学检验中心共建金域检验学院为实例,围绕校企协同育人平台搭建、教师团队组建、特色培育方案制定等方面,探索和实践校企协同育人模式促进医学检验教育发展的作用。
Guided by the education philosophy school-enterprise cooperation carried out by the State Council and the Ministry of Education, KingMed School of Laboratory Medicine has been co-builded by Guangzhou Medical University and KingMed Center for Clinical Laboratories. In this article, the construction of school-enterprise cooperation platform, the establishment of the team of teachers and the formulation of cultivation plan has been discussed to promote the development of laboratory medicine.
