摘要
高校教师的社会兼职是一个普遍现象。目前,我国高校教师的社会兼职行为存在着一定的无序和失范,需要在进行基本分类的前提下加以针对性管理。文章考察了高校教师社会兼职对于教师个人、所在专业学科以及学校发展的益处,同时也指出其衍生的问题,在此基础上,探讨了建立健全教师社会兼职规范的学校管理策略。
The social sidelines by university staff is a common phenomenon currently. However, this action is, to some extent, in disorder or even out of control, which needs related management on the premise of basic classification. This paper examines the benefits and problems of social sidelines by university staff to him/herself, the discipline and specialty, even to the school. On this basis, some strategies of school management are thus put forward.
