摘要
羊传染性脓疱病毒是羊传染性脓疱(羊口疮)的病原,能够感染山羊、绵羊和野生小反刍动物,也能够感染人,主要引起口腔黏膜、眼睛、外阴、蹄等部位形成丘疹、水疱、脓疱和疣状痂皮,病畜因衰竭和继发感染而死亡。论文对羊传染性脓疱病毒的特征、致病性、致病机理、免疫机理、免疫逃逸机制、检测方法和疫苗研究进行了综述。
Contagious ecthyma virus （CEV） is the pathogen of contagious ecthyma（CE）, and could infect goats, sheep,wilde small ruminats and people. CEV mainly causes papules, vesicles, pustules and verru- cous scabs in oral mucosa, eyes, vulvae,hooves. The sick animals may be dead because of failure and sec- ondary infection. In this paper, CEV research progresses on virus characteristics, pathogenicity, mecha- nism of pathogenesis, mechanism of immunity, immune escape mechanism, detection methods and vac- cines were reviewed.
