摘要
采用化学沉淀法以硝酸铋和偏钒酸铵为主要原料,以氨水为沉淀剂制备了BiVO_4可见光催化剂,并以亚甲基蓝为模型反应物优化了沉淀法制备BiVO_4的条件。结果表明,适宜的制备条件是:反应物初始浓度为1.0 mol/L,反应pH值为6.50,反应温度为80℃,煅烧温度为300℃。当用0.3 g BiVO_4光催化剂处理100 mL浓度为10 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液时,可见光下降解率可达94.5%。
The visible photocatalyst BiVO_4 was prepared by precipitation method using bismuth nitrate and ammonium metavanadate as raw materials,ammonia as precipitant. The methylene blue( MB) was used as the simulated reactant to optimize the prepared conditions of BiVO_4 by precipitation method. The results showed that the appropriate prepared conditions were that the initial concentration of reactants was 1. 0 mol/L,the value of pH was 6. 50,reaction temperature was 80 ℃,calcinating temperature was 300 ℃. When the dosage of BiVO_4 was 0. 3 g,the degradation rate of MB( 100 mL,10 mg/L) was up to 94. 5%.
