摘要
针对航天火工品现有工艺编制过程中存在一致性差,编制时间长,对工艺人员个人水平依赖度高等问题,提出了一种基于标准化岗位的数字化快速工艺技术。首先,通过产品流程梳理建立岗位标准体系,涵盖所有产品涉及的岗位;其次,对岗位内容进行标准化,具体内容包括:岗位通用工艺文件、岗位操作守则、岗位标准操作手法、岗位数据记录模板等;最后,利用数据库将产品生产过程与标准岗位内容进行关联,实现产品工艺的快速编制。试运行结果表明,基于标准化岗位的快速工艺能提高工艺的编制效率和准确度。
For the low consistency of process planning, long preparation time and high dependence on personal abili- ty in the current process planning of AIED (aerospace initiating explosive devices), a digital fast process planning technology for AIED is proposed based on standardized jobs. The first of all, a series of standard jobs are established by process decomposition, which cover all jobs involved all products; then, the process planing file, operating rules and actions and data recording table for every job are standardized ; at last, the standardized resources are related to production process by database, which can help to compile a product process planning as fast as possible. The test results show that the process preparation efficiency and precision is improved to large extent by the digital fast process planning technology.
