摘要
为了实现传感器简单、快速、高精度的标定,提出了一种基于线纹尺的线结构光视觉传感器直接标定新方法,设计了平面靶标与特征点提取算法.即通过获取已知三维空间坐标特征点的图像坐标,直接建立亚像素物像索引表,实现了系统的直接标定.标定实验与测量实验结果表明:文中标定新方法操作简单,易于实现,具有较高的标定精度,Z轴、X轴方向的测量误差均值分别为0.0045 mm和0.0130 mm,能够满足工业生产与测量的基本需求.
In order to realize a simple, rapid and high accuracy calibration of line-structured light vision sensors, a new direct calibration method of line-structured light vision sensors on the basis of linear scale is proposed, and a planar target and an extraction algorithm of feature point are designed.In the method, by achieving the image coor-dinates of feature points in the known 3-D coordinates, a subpixel index table is established, and direct calibration of system is realized.The results of calibration and measurement experiments demonstrate that the new calibration method is simple to operation and easy to implement, and is of a high accuracy, specifically, its average measure-ment error is 0.0045 mm in Z axis and 0.0130 mm in X axis.Overall, the new method can meet the requirements of industrial production and measurement.
