两相复合材料等效介电常数数值计算 被引量:11

Numerical simulation for effective permittivity of two-phase composites

摘要 为精确计算复合材料等效介电常数,采用随机分布模型,在对材料电性能本构方程研究的基础上,设计了两相复合材料等效介电常数计算的体积加权平均算法(VWAM)。研究结果表明,所设计的算法计算结果稳定性较高。在复合材料组成相介电常数比值小于10时,数值计算结果与理论和实验结果吻合度非常高。在其比值大于10时,所设计的算法适用于高介电常数组成相体积分数较高情况。研究方法有望应用于多相复合材料的相关等效电磁参数计算。研究结果为复合材料设计提供参考。 To precisely calculate the effective permittivity of composites,with the random distribution model,base on the electricity constitutive equation,the volumetrically weighted average method(VWAM)was designed and realized for the calculation of the effective permittivity of two-phase composites.The results show that,the numerial calculation results of the designed algorithm has a high stability.The numerical results coincide with theoretical and experimental results when the permittivity ratio of two-phase was less than 10.When the ratio was more than 10,the designed algorithm was suitable for the situation that the volume fraction of the high permittivity phase was higher.The research method will suitable for the calculation of effective electromagnetic parameters for the multiphase composites.The research results provide the reference for composites design.
