船载AIS终端的防潮湿设计

Humidification-avoid Design of AIS Onboard Terminal

摘要 AIS船载终端是确保海上船舶安全航行的重要设备。其工作在高温、潮湿、盐雾的恶劣气候环境中,其中潮湿的影响较为明显。因此,防潮设计不当容易引起质量故障。列举了潮湿的危害,分析了潮湿影响产品性能机理和防护措施;进而结合分析,对AIS船载终端进行了全面的防潮设计,以确认产品的质量。 AIS Onboard Terminal is important facility, which can secure marine ship sailing safely. Because of working in high temperature, wet and soil atmosphere;AIS onboard terminal always defeated by wet air and water. Therefore, humidification-avoid design is meaningful for its quality, especial for stabilization. Particularizing damages of humidification to produce; then analyzing mechanism of humidification influence produce and the way to provide humidification breakage; finally perform humidification-avoid design of AIS Onboard Terminal for guarantee quality.
