摘要
目的探讨β-tubulinⅢ在胃癌中表达及意义。方法利用免疫组织化学En Vision二步法检测80例胃癌及20例对应远端正常胃黏膜组织中β-tubulinⅢ的表达。结果胃癌中β-tubulinⅢ的阳性率高于正常黏膜组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃癌中β-tubulinⅢ蛋白表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论β-tubulinⅢ可能在胃癌的淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the roles of β-tubulin m in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of β-tubulin Ⅲ was detected by EnVision immunohistochemical technique in 80 cases of gastric carcinoma and their corresponding adjacent normal gastric tissues （n=20）. Results The positive percentage of β-tubulin m protein expression in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues （P〈0.01）. The expression of β- tubulin Ⅲ was significantly related with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion β-tubulin Ⅲ may play an important role in the lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
