摘要
对MW级风力发电机塔筒顶法兰的强度设计问题进行研究,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立塔顶法兰连接系统有限元模型;基于GL规范,分别利用子模型技术及工况叠加的计算方法,针对极限工况进行了塔顶法兰及焊缝的极限强度校核。研究结果表明,其危险位置与工程实际吻合,说明该分析方法的实用性,同时也为风力发电机塔顶法兰的强度校核提供了一种新方法。
The strength of MW grade wind turbine top flange was studied in this paper. By using the fi- nite element analysis software ANSYS, the finite element model of the top flange connection system was established; the ultimate strength assessment of top flange and welding are implemented by the sub model technology and load cases superposition based on the GL specifications. The results showed that the danger locations was almost consistent with the actual engineering, which indicate that the analysis method in the research is effective and practical and also provide one new method for the ultimate strength analysis of the top flange.
